— Who we are

A small studio that kept the team small on purpose.

Nineteen agents, a fixed cap on how many homes each one carries, and a habit of walking every listing ourselves before it goes live. That’s the whole method.

— Our story

Opened in a greenhouse. Still works like one.

Linden & Co. started in 2013 in a converted greenhouse on Garden Row, and we still work out of it. We built the studio around a simple frustration: too many agents were juggling more listings than they could actually know well.

So we capped it. Every agent here carries a limited number of homes at a time, which means they can tell you which floorboard creaks and which neighbor to ask about the street before you ever put in an offer.

“A calm process is not a slower one. It just means nobody finds out about a problem the week before closing.”

— Priya Anand, Founder

— What we stand for

Four things we don’t compromise on

01

Honest pricing

We price to sell fairly, not to win the listing and renegotiate down later.

02

Small caseloads

A cap on how many homes each agent carries, so nothing gets a rushed answer.

03

Plain language

Every clause explained before you sign — no fine print left to chance.

04

Local knowledge

Every agent lives in the neighborhood they sell, not just services it.

— How we got here

Twelve years, a few honest turns

2013

Three agents, one greenhouse

Linden & Co. opens on Garden Row with a three-person team and a single rented desk.

2016

The caseload cap

We introduce a hard limit on how many listings any one agent can carry — still in place today.

2019

Rentals & management desk opens

A dedicated rentals team launches for owners who want hands-off management.

2022

800th home placed

We mark our 800th successful placement, still with the same greenhouse address.

2026

Nineteen agents, seven neighborhoods

The team we always meant to build — still small enough to know every listing by heart.

— Founder’s note

Why we still turn listings away

We say no to more homes than we take on. Not because the market isn’t there, but because every agent here has a ceiling on how many families they can actually give proper attention to at once. It’s slower growth. It’s also the only way I know to keep every single sale honest.

“If growing the studio ever meant an agent stops knowing a listing by heart, I’d rather stop growing.”

— Priya Anand, Founder & Broker

— In their words

What clients tell us afterward

“They talked us out of the first house we loved, and they were right to. Six months later the one they found had a shorter commute and cost less.”

Marcus & Elena Reyes

Bought in Garden Row

“Our listing had two competing offers within nine days. The staging consult alone was worth more than most agents’ entire service.”

Priya Nadar

Sold in Old Orchard

“I manage two rentals through Linden and haven’t taken a maintenance call in over a year. Statements arrive like clockwork.”
